Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 bananas, ripe, mashed
- 125 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g chocolate, roughly chopped
Instructions

Banana Chocolate Muffins
Preheat oven to 190°C. Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs, then add yogurt and banana puree. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and chocolate, pour into muffin tins, and bake for about 20 minutes.
