Apple-Cinnamon-Amaretti Muffins

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g sugar
  • 30 g oil
  • 50 ml milk
  • 70 g flour
  • ¼ sachet of baking powder
  • 20 g amaretti biscuits
  • ½ apple
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for the Philips Airfryer

Cut the apple into small slices and sprinkle with cinnamon. Beat the eggs and sugar together with a hand mixer. Then slowly add the oil and milk. Continue beating, then sift in the flour and baking powder and fold in. When the batter is nice and smooth, add the crushed amaretti. The air fryer holds about 6 to 7 muffins. I used two paper baking cups for each muffin. Fill the cups with batter and arrange the apples on top. The baking time in the air fryer is about 10 minutes. Check the muffins after five to seven minutes. The temperature should be 180 degrees.
