Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) cornflakes (Cini Minis), crumbled
  • ½ cup flour
  • ⅛ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 cup apple, peeled, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First things first: A cup is an American measurement of 250 ml. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Then stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
