Apple cookies with cinnamon and brown sugar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the eggs with the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Fold in the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Chop or grate the apples and fold them into the batter. Using two tablespoons, drop small heaps of batter onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
