  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 m.-sized apples
  • 350 ml sour cream

  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with sour cream and yogurt

Use an apple corer to remove the cores, peel and halve the apples, and drizzle with lemon juice. Knead the dough ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and line a springform pan with it, pulling the edges up as far as possible. Arrange the apple halves, cut-side down, on the pastry base. Now, combine the remaining ingredients to make a cream (it will be very thin) and pour it over the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C on the middle rack for about 45 to 50 minutes. Let it cool completely; the cream will still be a bit runny when warm.
