Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g apples
- 5 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 g flour
- 70 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- some cinnamon

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Grease an ovenproof dish. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the apples, cut them into wedges, and remove the cores. Arrange the apple slices in a layered pattern in the dish. Drizzle with white wine and sprinkle with sugar. Make a crumble from flour, butter, sugar, and cinnamon and spread it over the apples. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
