Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Sheet cake super moist and super easy

Place the raisins in a bowl and drizzle with rum. Peel, core, and slice the apples, dust with cinnamon, and toss with the raisins. Grease and flour a baking sheet. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, rum flavoring, and butter. Stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder and form into crumbles. Spread 2/3 of the crumble mixture onto the baking sheet and press down, pulling up the edges slightly. Sprinkle the apple and raisin mixture over the dough. Distribute the remaining crumbles over the top. Bake at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes; depending on your oven, it may take longer. The toothpick test is fine. Let cool and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
