Apple crumble cake with vanilla pudding

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 400 ml milk
  • 4 large apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy, add the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in along with a pinch of salt. Using a hand mixer on the lowest speed, mix everything until fine crumbles form. For the topping: Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Mix the pudding mix with the milk according to the package instructions. Press half of the crumbles into a springform pan to form an even base. Spread the pudding on the base and arrange the apple slices on top. Sprinkle the remaining crumbles on top and place the pan on the lowest rack in an oven preheated to 160°C (fan oven) for about 50 minutes. Let the cake stand in the pan and cool.
