Apple Crumble with Cashew Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

For the apple mass:

  • 1 kg Apples
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla pulp

For the sprinkles:

  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 175 g Flour
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla sugar

For the vanilla ice cream:

  • 200 ml Condensed milk
  • 225 ml Cream
  • 25 ml Milk
  • 5 Pc. Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 200 g Cashew

Instructions
 

Apple mass:

  • Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Add the other ingredients and place in the refrigerator. (The limes keep the apples from turning brown.)

Crumble:

  • Cut the butter into pieces, add the other ingredients and knead with your hands until you get lumps. Then put the apples in a greased casserole dish, top with streusel and bake for half an hour at approx. 200 degrees.

Ice:

  • Store condensed milk ice cold. Whip the cream.
  • Add cold condensed milk and milk, stirring constantly. Then add the vanilla pulp and chopped nuts and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours. finished.
