Ingredients
For the apple mass:
- 1 kg Apples
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla pulp
For the sprinkles:
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Brown sugar
- 175 g Flour
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla sugar
For the vanilla ice cream:
- 200 ml Condensed milk
- 225 ml Cream
- 25 ml Milk
- 5 Pc. Vanilla pod scraped out
- 200 g Cashew
Instructions
Apple mass:
- Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Add the other ingredients and place in the refrigerator. (The limes keep the apples from turning brown.)
Crumble:
- Cut the butter into pieces, add the other ingredients and knead with your hands until you get lumps. Then put the apples in a greased casserole dish, top with streusel and bake for half an hour at approx. 200 degrees.
Ice:
- Store condensed milk ice cold. Whip the cream.
- Add cold condensed milk and milk, stirring constantly. Then add the vanilla pulp and chopped nuts and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours. finished.
