Goat Cheese Pops

The perfect goat cheese pops recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the pops:

  • 500 g Goat cream cheese
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • Sea-Salt
  • Herbs
  • Garlic
  • 200 g Cashew
  • Red pepper
  • Pepper
  • Honey
  • Water

For the bread:

  • 500 g Flour
  • 350 ml Water
  • 1 Pc. Dry yeast
  • Sea-Salt
  • Herbs of your choice

The Pops:

  1. Let goat’s cream cheese, cream cheese, and garlic cool and then shape into balls.
  2. Chop cashews, herbs, pepper, salt and herbs into small pieces. Mix honey with 1 tablespoon of water and pour over the pops, then sprinkle cashew herb water over it.

The bread:

  1. Mix the flour, salt and yeast together. Then you add the finely chopped onions. Then slowly add the water (room temperature) while stirring constantly.
  2. Then knead the entire dough properly. (at least 10 minutes) and let the dough rise for at least 1 hour.
  3. Finally, spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
