Goat Cheese Pops
The perfect goat cheese pops recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the pops:
- 500 g Goat cream cheese
- 200 g Cream cheese
- Sea-Salt
- Herbs
- Garlic
- 200 g Cashew
- Red pepper
- Pepper
- Honey
- Water
For the bread:
- 500 g Flour
- 350 ml Water
- 1 Pc. Dry yeast
- Sea-Salt
- Herbs of your choice
The Pops:
- Let goat’s cream cheese, cream cheese, and garlic cool and then shape into balls.
- Chop cashews, herbs, pepper, salt and herbs into small pieces. Mix honey with 1 tablespoon of water and pour over the pops, then sprinkle cashew herb water over it.
The bread:
- Mix the flour, salt and yeast together. Then you add the finely chopped onions. Then slowly add the water (room temperature) while stirring constantly.
- Then knead the entire dough properly. (at least 10 minutes) and let the dough rise for at least 1 hour.
- Finally, spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
