Ingredients
 

  • 5 Pc. Apples
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 180 g Wheat flour 00
  • 150 gr Brown sugar
  • 1,5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 150 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel and core the apples and cut into 8 pieces each. Place all pieces in a saucepan filled with half a cup of water and bring to a boil. When it is boiling, put small and simmer until the apples are just tender. Then stir in two tablespoons of sugar. Place the apples in an ovenproof dish and pour some of the juice from the pot over them
  • Mix the flour with sugar and cinnamon and add pieces of butter. Knead with your fingers until it looks like breadcrumbs. Distribute evenly on the apples so that they are completely covered. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 (gas level 2) until golden brown. Serve warm! Ice cream, cream or vanilla sauce goes well with it.
