Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 cups kale
  • 3 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 cm ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Core and dice the apple, dice the cucumber, and finely chop the celery. Place all ingredients in a large blender and blend until finely chopped. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
