Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter cloudy apple juice, organic
  • 750 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 bag(s) of citric acid
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp tarragon, fresh, chopped
  • some pepper, mixed, from the mill

Bring apple juice to a boil with gelling sugar and citric acid and simmer for 4 minutes while stirring. After testing for settling, turn off the heat, stir in the spices, and pour into twist-off jars.
