Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 3 tbsp coconut cream, unsweetened
- 2 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
- 1 piece(s) ginger, about the size of half a walnut
- 1 small chili pepper(s), depending on the spiciness and taste, add slowly
- Salt

Wash and peel the mango, and cut the flesh from the stone. Set some of the fruit aside for garnish. Roughly dice the rest and add lime juice. Peel and grate the ginger. Wash, deseed, and finely dice the chili pepper. Puree everything with the coconut cream, season with salt, and serve garnished with mango cubes. The dip goes well with shrimp, fish, and poultry, and is vegan or vegetarian, with vegetable sticks and crackers.
