Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 mango(s), fresh
- 2 apples
- 1 lime(s)
- some cane sugar
- 300 g sour milk
- 300 g Greek yogurt (10%)
- 500 g quark
- some lemon or lime juice
- Coconut blossom sugar or coconut blossom syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and dice the mango. Wash, core, and dice the apples. Sauté with lime juice and a little sugar for 5 minutes, then season to taste. Let cool. Whisk the sour cream with yogurt and quark until creamy. Then season to taste with citrus juice and sweetener. First, pour the sour cream into glasses, then layer the ragù on top.
