Apple Mash Cake
The perfect apple mash cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 75 g Stevia
- 150 g Butter
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 300 g Flour
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 Some Fat to grease the form
- Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients.
- Grease the springform pan (26) with the fat. Cover the base with two-thirds of the dough and pull up on the edge.
- Spread my homemade apple puree on the dough.
- Knead the crumbles out of the rest of the dough or, as I did, spread a grid-like structure over the apple mash.
- Now put the cake in the electric oven preheated to 180 degrees (center of the oven) and bake for about 1 hour.
- We apologize if my pictures are not always perfect. I just take pictures. Cooking and baking are more my thing.
