Apple Mash Cake

  • 75 g Stevia
  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 Some Fat to grease the form
  1. Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients.
  2. Grease the springform pan (26) with the fat. Cover the base with two-thirds of the dough and pull up on the edge.
  3. Spread my homemade apple puree on the dough.
  4. Knead the crumbles out of the rest of the dough or, as I did, spread a grid-like structure over the apple mash.
  5. Now put the cake in the electric oven preheated to 180 degrees (center of the oven) and bake for about 1 hour.
  6. We apologize if my pictures are not always perfect. I just take pictures. Cooking and baking are more my thing.
