Soak the bread roll in milk, squeeze out excess water, and knead it with the minced meat. Melt the clarified butter in a pan and fry the peeled and diced apple and the rinsed and halved raisins until soft (they shouldn’t brown). Add the cinnamon and toast briefly. Add everything to the minced meat and bread roll mixture. Wash the chili peppers, finely slice them, and add them to the minced meat mixture along with the eggs. Season generously with salt and mix everything well. Shape the minced meat mixture into patties and fry in clarified butter. Serve with honey mustard (available from the store).
