Apple-onion-pumpkin Pie
The perfect apple-onion-pumpkin pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 400 g Flour
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 300 ml Milk
Covering
- 300 ml Apples
- 300 g Hokkaido pumpkin meat
- 300 g Red onions
- 200 g Ham cubes
- 300 g Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper

- Mix the flour, salt and dry yeast in a bowl.
- Heat the milk a little, add and stir and let everything rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Now knead the part again and roll out a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ice cream several times with a fork.
Covering
- Core the apples and pumpkin, peel and chop the onions.
- Now season the sour cream with salt and pepper, distribute it on the dough, add the apples, pumpkin, onion and the ham.
- Now move on to the 200c. warm oven for about 30 minutes. Since I still had some cheese left, I sprinkled it on top.
