Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g berries, mixed or seasonal
- 200 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
- n. B. Honey
- 80 g cornflakes
Instructions

Wash and hull the berries, halve any larger ones if desired, and set aside a few for garnishing. Roughly mash the berries with a fork, mix with the yogurt in a bowl, and season with honey, depending on the sweetness of the berries. Stir the cornflakes into the berry yogurt and garnish with the remaining berries. 6 g protein, 2 g fat, 52 g carbohydrates
