Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 150 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar or sweetener
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 10 g chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
vegan, light, high in fiber
Place the banana in the refrigerator overnight or one hour before preparation. Slice the banana and apple into chunks, scrape out the vanilla seeds from the pod, and add them to a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Set aside a few small apple pieces for garnish. If the shake is too thick, simply add a little more almond milk. Chia seeds can, of course, be omitted for those who don’t like them.
