For the apple filling

  • 2 kg Apple Breaburn
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon

For the dough

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  1. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve on a table top, make a well in the middle.
  1. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of milk, mix with some of the flour to a thick paste.
