Apple Pie – Easy and Quick to Make
The perfect apple pie – easy and quick to make recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 100 g Ground hazelnuts
- 4 Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 Lemon baking oil
- 100 ml Cold-Pressed sunflower oil
- 50 g Cranberries
- 2 size Apples
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Butter for the mold
- Flour for the mold
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Brush a 24 cm springform pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Sieve the flour with baking powder and then mix with the ground nuts. Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into wedges (there is a handy little device for little money). Then cut the apple wedges into pieces and mix immediately with the lemon juice so that they stay nice and light.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar on the highest level until foamy and then gradually stir in the other ingredients – finally fold in the apples with the cranberries. Pour the dough into the mold, smooth it out and bake in the oven for just under an hour.
- Let the cake cool slightly and then remove it from the mold. Serve with a dollop of cream or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
