Whole Grain Milk Bread

- 300 Wheat flour
- 200 g Wholemeal rye flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Seed mix
- Mix wheat and rye flour with yeast, salt and sugar and knead with lukewarm milk.
- When the dough no longer sticks to the bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for an hour.
- Knead again and press into a floured loaf pan – leave to rest for another hour.
- Brush with warm milk or melted butter and sprinkle with the grains.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C fan oven for 40 minutes.
- Tip 6: when you put the bread in the hot oven, put a handful of ice cubes on the bottom of the oven and keep the door closed while baking so that the water vapor does not escape!
