- 100 gr Wheat flour
- 100 gr Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 250 ml Milk
- 0,5 bag Coarsely chopped almonds
- 4 Eggs
- 2 size Apples
- 1 pinch Salt
- 15 g Butter
- 5 gr zum Einfetten und 10 gr zum Anrösten
- Powdered sugar
- Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, a pinch of salt and a little milk in a mixing bowl and stir well. Gradually add the rest of the milk.
- Preheat the Bach oven to 160 ° C convection.
- Now peel the apples, remove the core, cut into small pieces and then mix well with the batter
- Then pour the mixture of apples and batter into a greased baking pan. (A so-called tart baking pan 28 cm is best.)
- Place on the middle rack of the oven for approx. 35 minutes at 160 ° C.
- After the recommended baking time, let the cake cool down well – at the same time, briefly toast the almonds in a pan with butter and spread over the cake
- Then carefully sprinkle with powdered sugar.
