Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 750 g apples
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a batter from margarine, sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder. Finely grate the apples and fold them into the batter. Spread onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for approximately 40-50 minutes. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and lemon juice and spread it over the cooled cake.
