Apple Pie Quick and Easy
The perfect apple pie quick and easy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Soft butter or margarine
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 0,5 Vials Butter-Vanilla baking flavor
- 175 g Flour, preferably type 630 spelled
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Apple pie seasoning
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Rum
- 3 Pc. Apples
- 1 Handful Raisins, to taste
- 40 g Flaked almonds
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then let it cool. Mix the butter and sugar with the hand mixer on the highest setting until foamy. Stir in the eggs one at a time, about 1/2 minute each. Add the butter and vanilla flavor.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and apple pie spice (this can be left out if you like). Briefly stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Add milk and rum. Fold in the raisins as desired. Pour the dough into a greased and floured springform pan (26 cm diameter).
- Cut the peeled apples into thin wedges and stick them in the dough in a circle, close to each other, and press them in gently. Sprinkle with flaked almonds. Mix the cinnamon and sugar and spread over the cake. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at top / bottom heat 175 degrees for about 35 minutes.
- Depending on the size of the apples, use 4 pieces if necessary.
