Quark Tangerine Sheet Cake Low Carb

The perfect quark tangerine sheet cake low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Ground hazelnut
  • 65 g Xucker
  • 1 tbsp Almond flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 6 piece Salt
  • 500 g Quark
  • 0,5 tsp Speculoos seasoning
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 small Tin of mandarin oranges (Edeka 7.4g Kh on 100g)
  • Fat for the baking tray 30 * 40cm
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Separate eggs.
  3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff
  4. Beat the egg yolks with 65g xucker and vanilla flavoring until frothy.
  5. Mix the hazelnut, baking powder, almond flour and cinnamon together.
  6. Fold the foamy egg yolk mixture into the ice snow.
  7. Now fold in the dry mixture as well
  8. Spread the dough evenly on the well-greased one
  9. Bake for 13 minutes.
  10. Let cool down
  11. Beat the quark, cream, vanilla flavor and spiced biscuits with a hand mixer until creamy
  12. Spread on the cake.
  13. Spread the tangerines (drained well) on the curd mixture
  14. Scatter the remaining xucker (10g) over the cake.
