Quark Tangerine Sheet Cake Low Carb
The perfect quark tangerine sheet cake low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Ground hazelnut
- 65 g Xucker
- 1 tbsp Almond flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 6 piece Eggs
- 6 piece Salt
- 500 g Quark
- 0,5 tsp Speculoos seasoning
- 200 g Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 small Tin of mandarin oranges (Edeka 7.4g Kh on 100g)
- Fat for the baking tray 30 * 40cm
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Separate eggs.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff
- Beat the egg yolks with 65g xucker and vanilla flavoring until frothy.
- Mix the hazelnut, baking powder, almond flour and cinnamon together.
- Fold the foamy egg yolk mixture into the ice snow.
- Now fold in the dry mixture as well
- Spread the dough evenly on the well-greased one
- Bake for 13 minutes.
- Let cool down
- Beat the quark, cream, vanilla flavor and spiced biscuits with a hand mixer until creamy
- Spread on the cake.
- Spread the tangerines (drained well) on the curd mixture
- Scatter the remaining xucker (10g) over the cake.
