Apple Pie, Sunken

  • 180 g Butter / margarine
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Pcs. Eggs
  • 125 g Mondamin
  • 125 g Flour
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 Pcs. Apple Boskoop large
  1. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add the vanilla sugar and eggs and mix very well. Gradually add mondamin, flour and baking powder. Grease the springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. put the dough in the mold. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees circulating air. Now peel the apples and remove the core from quarters. Cut into the apples and place on the dough. Bake the cake for about 1 hour. When the cake is cold, dust with icing sugar.
