Apple Pie with Vanilla Sour Cream Coating

  • 500 g Flour
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 10 Apples
  • 3 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 packet Custard powder
  1. Knead the flour, 100g sugar, 2 eggs, yeast, the warm milk and oil together. Then cover the dough and let it rise.
  1. Then mix the sour cream with the remaining 2 eggs, 100g sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding powder.
  1. Now roll out the yeast dough on the tray.
  1. Then peel the apples, remove the core and cut into rings
  1. Now cover the yeast dough with the apple rings tightly and pour the vanilla sour cream on top so that everything is well covered.
  1. Bake the whole thing at 200 degrees (convection) for 20 minutes, everything is firm.
