Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 10 Apples
  • 3 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 packet Custard powder

Instructions
 

  • Knead the flour, 100g sugar, 2 eggs, yeast, the warm milk and oil together. Then cover the dough and let it rise.
  • Then mix the sour cream with the remaining 2 eggs, 100g sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding powder.
  • Now roll out the yeast dough on the tray.
  • Then peel the apples, remove the core and cut into rings
  • Now cover the yeast dough with the apple rings tightly and pour the vanilla sour cream on top so that everything is well covered.
  • Bake the whole thing at 200 degrees (convection) for 20 minutes, everything is firm.
