Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 packet Yeast
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Oil
- 10 Apples
- 3 a cup Sour cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 packet Custard powder
Instructions
- Knead the flour, 100g sugar, 2 eggs, yeast, the warm milk and oil together. Then cover the dough and let it rise.
- Then mix the sour cream with the remaining 2 eggs, 100g sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding powder.
- Now roll out the yeast dough on the tray.
- Then peel the apples, remove the core and cut into rings
- Now cover the yeast dough with the apple rings tightly and pour the vanilla sour cream on top so that everything is well covered.
- Bake the whole thing at 200 degrees (convection) for 20 minutes, everything is firm.
