Apple Pockets in Sandwich Maker
The perfect apple pockets in sandwich maker recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 piece Apples
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 6 tbsp Apple juice
- 2 leaf Puff pastry
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla icecream
- Peel the apples and cut into pieces. Then cook the apple pieces with sugar and apple juice to make a compote. It should remain pieces.
- Cut two layers of puff pastry to the size of the sandwich maker, insert one layer (the device does not need to be greased!)
- Now fill the fields with apple compote, add cinnamon and cover with the second layer of puff pastry. To close the lid.
- Do not open the lid until after 9 minutes, otherwise the puff pastry will rise at the edge and the bag will not close properly.
