  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 g Poppy seed mixture ready to bake
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 20 g Sliced ​​almonds
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 medium-sized Apples red
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Put the flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground almonds and sliced ​​almonds in a bowl and mix together.
  • Beat eggs with sugar and butter until foamy. Gradually add some of the flour-almond mixture and buttermilk and mix with the hand mixer to form a smooth dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Wash the apples, peel, halve, core and cut into small pieces. Fold the apple pieces and poppy seeds into the dough. Divide the dough into small silicone molds. Bake in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
