Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 apples
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients for the dough. Make the dough. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out triangles. Finely grate the apples and mix with the sugar. Place 1 teaspoon of apples on the triangles. Roll up from the large end to the small end. Bake at 180°C until golden brown.
