Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of crème fraîche, 200 g each
  • 4 m.-sized apples, sweet
  • 2 tsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 dash of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, peel, and finely grate the apples. Stir the crème fraîche with a dash of cream until smooth, season with sugar, and immediately add to the grated apple. A very refreshing snack.
