Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml crème de cassis
- 500 ml rum, 56%
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 10 carnations
- 10 allspice berries
- 3 star anise
- 1 pinch of cardamom
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the cassis and rum in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a bottle and add the spices. Let the bottle stand at room temperature for about a week, shaking vigorously several times a day. After a week, strain the spices and pour the mulled wine mix into a clean bottle. To make one mulled wine, mix a glass of hot red wine with 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mulled wine mix. The mixture will keep for about 6 months.
