Apple strudel in a glass

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a saucepan, blend the apple juice, quark, and crème fraîche with a hand blender until creamy, then heat. Add the raisins and cinnamon and blend again. Pour the drink into two glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.
