Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl syrup (elderberry syrup from berries)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tsp, heaped honey
  • 200 ml water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

wonderful hot drink to strengthen the immune system made from berry syrup

Pour boiled, hot water over the syrup, lemon, and honey and drink it as hot as possible. This should be consumed daily to strengthen the immune system.
