Apple tart

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 2 apples
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before use. Line a tart pan with baking paper; alternatively, a relatively shallow springform pan (pizza pan) will work. Place the dough in the pan, forming a small rim. Wash, peel, and chop the apples, and spread them on the puff pastry. In a measuring jug, whisk together the cream, sugar, and egg. Then spread the mixture evenly over the apples. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes. Let the tart cool slightly before sprinkling with a little cinnamon.
