Apple with kiwi puree

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 kiwis
  • 4 apples
  • 4 tbsp honey (alternatively: cane sugar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a very refreshing dessert for everyone, even diabetics

Peel the kiwis, wash, peel, core, and dice 2 apples. Place the kiwis, 2 apples, and honey or cane sugar in a blender and puree. Wash, core, and cut the remaining 2 apples into bite-sized pieces. Divide among 4 dessert bowls or 4 glasses. Spread the kiwi-apple mixture on top. Cover and chill in the refrigerator, then serve very cold.
