- 280 g apples
- 40 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 60 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt), low-fat
- possibly cinnamon powder
- possibly honey or sugar

Cut the apples into chunks and blend them lightly with the blender attachment. Then combine the two types of yogurt in a bowl. Add cinnamon, if desired. Add the yogurt to the apples in the blender and blend until only a few small pieces remain. If desired, you can add more honey or sugar.
