Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 shot of apple juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Core the apples and peel them according to your taste or preference. Chop the apples into small pieces and place them in a blender along with the juice and, if desired, sugar and cinnamon. Now simply puree and you have a simple and delicious applesauce. I made it without any sugar, but most people prefer it sweeter. Give it a try.
