Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 apples
- 1 tbsp jelly (quince jelly)
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, peel and core the apples. Then cut them into small pieces and place them in a pot with a little water. Cover and simmer for a while. After a few minutes, add the cinnamon, sugar, and quince jelly. Stir and continue cooking for a few minutes until the desired porridge-like consistency is reached. If you don’t like it too sweet, you can add less sugar.
