Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 kg apples, diced
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 bag of saffron
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 tsp rose water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

With exotic spices

Boil water with sugar for 2 minutes, add apple cubes and spices, and cook for 30 minutes. Then stir in rose water and strain the mixture.
