Ingredients
For the ground
- 200 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 0,5 Pck Baking powder
For the filling
- 750 g Applesauce big
- 1 Pck Custard powder
- Some milk or apple juice
For the sprinkles
- 150 g Flour
- 60 g Sugar
- 80 g Butter
- Some cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° degrees circulating air. Line a 26 cm diameter springform pan with parchment paper
- Knead all the ingredients for the base and press them flat on the bottom of the springform pan and pull up an edge of about 2 cm (it may seem too little dough, but it fits ;-))
- Put the applesauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir the vanilla pudding powder with a little milk or apple juice until smooth and add to the applesauce and bring to the boil again briefly. Now put the warm applesauce on the base.
- Now mix the ingredients from the crumble and pour them evenly onto the applesauce.
- Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes.
