For the ground

  • 200 g Flour
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 80 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,5 Pck Baking powder

For the filling

  • 750 g Applesauce big
  • 1 Pck Custard powder
  • Some milk or apple juice

For the sprinkles

  • 150 g Flour
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 80 g Butter
  • Some cinnamon

  • Preheat the oven to 160 ° degrees circulating air. Line a 26 cm diameter springform pan with parchment paper
  • Knead all the ingredients for the base and press them flat on the bottom of the springform pan and pull up an edge of about 2 cm (it may seem too little dough, but it fits ;-))
  • Put the applesauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir the vanilla pudding powder with a little milk or apple juice until smooth and add to the applesauce and bring to the boil again briefly. Now put the warm applesauce on the base.
  • Now mix the ingredients from the crumble and pour them evenly onto the applesauce.
  • Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes.
