Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 apples, e.g. Fuji
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • n. B. Nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and core the apples, then cut into pieces. Place in a saucepan and simmer for about 30 minutes until soft. Add the cinnamon stick and cook for 10 minutes. Season to taste with nutmeg or other spices.
