Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 sheets of white gelatin
  • ½ liter apple juice
  • 500 g applesauce
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

fruity, foamy, simply delicious

Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions. In a suitable bowl, combine it with the apple juice and applesauce. Stir well and refrigerate. When the mixture begins to set, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and whisk in.
