Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g marzipan – raw mass
- 75 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can apricot(s)
- 150 g almond(s) (flakes)
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For the dough: Combine butter, marzipan, sugar, and eggs. Once well blended, add flour, baking powder, and amaretto liqueur. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan. For the topping: Drain the apricots well. Cover the dough with the drained apricots, sprinkle with flaked almonds and sugar, and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
