Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apricot(s)
  • 500 g cherries
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 34 minutes

Wash the apricots, remove the stones, and cut into small pieces. Wash the cherries, remove the stones, and chop them into small pieces. Place the chopped fruit in a saucepan, add the gelling sugar, and mix everything together. Let the sugared fruit stand for about 2 hours until it releases its juices. Then puree the mixture and boil gently for 4 minutes. Pour the jam into hot, rinsed jars and seal them immediately.
