Apricot-Orange Jam

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g apricot(s)
  • ½ liter orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2 : 1
  • ½ lemon(s) (unsprayed), peel
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod(s) (the inside)
  • 4 cl orange liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly blanch the apricots in hot water, then peel them. Then cut them into small pieces and puree them with the orange juice. Place them in a large saucepan with the preserving sugar and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Add the orange liqueur at the end. Test for setting, then immediately pour into clean twist-off jars and seal tightly. Turn upside down for 5 minutes.
