Apricot – Strawberry Mix 1 Large Glass

The perfect apricot – strawberry mix 1 large glass recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 7 Pc. Apricots
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 200 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. Cut into the apricots, briefly put them in boiling water & then peel off the skin. Cut the apricots into wedges.
  2. Wash the strawberries, remove the green, cut into small pieces, sugar-coat everything and let stand for 3 hours.
  3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 – 4 minutes. Fill into well-rinsed glasses. Place on the lid for 5 minutes.
