Apricot yogurt with cinnamon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can apricot(s), chopped
  • 500 g yogurt, lactose-free if required
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 50 g brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the whipped cream. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and then fold in. Chill the yogurt in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
